1. Zillim Terms & Conditions (T&C)

Introduction

  • Welcome note + statement that by using Zillim services/website, users agree to these terms.

  • Clarify that Zillim refers to Zillim Digital, Zillim AI Systems, and related services.

Eligibility

  • Users must be 18+ or have parental consent.

  • Users are responsible for providing accurate information when signing up.

Payments & Refunds

  • All payments in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) unless otherwise stated.

User Responsibilities

  • Respectful use of community platforms (WhatsApp, Skool, social media groups).

  • No sharing of private materials, courses, or logins.

Intellectual Property

  • All content (courses, videos, templates, PDFs, GPTs, systems) remain property of Zillim.

  • Users can use resources for personal/business use but cannot resell or redistribute.

Limitation of Liability

  • Zillim provides education and tools but does not guarantee business results.

  • Users are responsible for their own implementation.

Termination

  • Zillim may suspend/remove users who violate terms.

  • Users can cancel subscriptions anytime but remain liable for charges already made.

Governing Law

  • Governed by Tanzanian law.

  • Dispute resolution clause (friendly settlement first, then Tanzanian courts).
